解决方案(Solutions):


建立高度测量项目:框选焊接区域,运用区域内到平面距离工具,输出焊接区域最高点以及最低点数据

Establish a height measurement item: Select the welding area using the in-zone to base distance tool, output the highest and lowest point data of the welding area.

建立平滑爆点测量项目:

Establish a smooth burst point measurement item:

①去平面提取焊区域点云。②获取相机内部亮度灰度数据。③值分割提取黑色Mark点。

DGo to the base to select the welding area point cloud. ②Get grayscale data of the camera'sinternal brightness.③Black Mark points are extracted by threshold segmentation.


现实需要2个相机,一拖二模式,避免死角。
